What is the difference between "Perfect365" and "Perfect365 VIDEO"?
The “Perfect365 VIDEO” app does not support photos and is designed to edit and apply virtual makeup to your selfie videos. If you would like to apply makeup to your photos, then we suggest downloading just the “Perfect365” app.
Is the Perfect365 VIDEO app Free?
Yes, the app is free to download and the majority of the makeup looks, tools and other features are free to use. There are Pro level looks and tools that can be accessed with a Plus Membership that comes with a 7-day free trial.
What do I get with a Plus Membership?
It unlocks ALL Pro Level Makeup Looks, Removes Ads, No Watermarks, and allows to save in High Resolution like 1080p and 4k(iOS Only). You can experience ALL Premium Templates and Makeup Tools with a PLUS Membership.
How does the trial work?
Your 7-day free trial unlocks ALL Pro Level Makeup Looks, Removes Ads, No Watermarks, and allows to save in High Resolution like 1080p and 4k(iOS Only). During the trial, you can explore everything risk-free. If you decide it’s not for you, simply cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you love it (which we think you will!), your subscription will automatically continue with the selected plan.
What file formats are supported?
Perfect365 Video supports video files only, meaning you can edit and enhance your recorded videos with our looks, makeup tools, and design tools. For iOS users, we also support Live Photos, allowing you to edit and convert them into videos with your favorite effects applied. Currently, we do not support still images.
How can I remove the watermark from my saved video?
You can get unlimited access to all premium features, including watermark-free exports with a subscription to Plus Membership. If you prefer not to subscribe, you can remove the watermark by watching a short sponsored ad before saving your video.
How can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?
You can cancel anytime during the 7-day free trial to avoid being charged. Simply go to your App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) subscription settings and cancel before the trial period ends. If you don’t cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically start, and the payment will be processed based on the plan you selected. Once the subscription begins, payments are non-refundable. However, you can cancel future renewals anytime through your subscription settings.
